Jonathan Cole leads the firm’s litigation and real estate practices. He handles commercial lease disputes, purchase agreement conflicts, construction claims, and business litigation for clients who need both strong advocacy and a realistic view of risk.
Before joining the firm, Jonathan tried cases in state and federal court and served as outside counsel to property management groups. His work is grounded in preparation, clear budgets, and disciplined negotiation.
